Will I be charged if my problem was not fixed?
No, I offer a 'no fix, no fee' guarantee. I do not charge to inspect or review your guitar/ bass. Charges will only be incurred when I have corrected your task.

What timeframe will my instrument be ready in?
This is dependent on how many bookings I have at any given time, and the nature of the job that you require. I do, however, aim to finish your instrument within 3 days of the date that I receive it. If more information is required when booking, I will always be available to talk and be transparent about realistic timeframes as best I can!

Do you offer services that are not listed?
In short, yes! I am always open to enquiries, and will answer any questions you may have. I can be reached via email, or WhatsApp. Both sets of details can be found on the contact page.
